Featuring the Honorable Charles N. Brower

The Honorable Charles N. Brower, Arbitrator and Distinguished Visiting Research Professor of Law at George Washington University School of Law will give the fall 2017 Justice Lester W. Roth Lecture at the Gould School of Law. The Roth Lecture will be featured as part of USC's Trojan Family Weekend. Judge Brower's discusssion will focus on attacking the concept of an International Investment Court which has been propagated by the European Commission and is now incorporated in CETA, the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between the European Union and Canada.
